These terms govern your use of Mojave Digital's website design, maintenance, and Google Reputation Engine services. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
The Website Build & Care package includes a one-time build fee and a recurring monthly maintenance & security fee. The Google Reputation Engine is billed monthly. Promotional pricing (such as the Summer Special or anniversary offers) applies for the stated period only and may change at renewal.
Once your one-time build fee is paid in full, the website delivered to you is yours. Monthly maintenance covers hosting, security and updates while active; canceling maintenance does not revoke your ownership of the site files and content.
Monthly plans (maintenance or Reputation Engine) may be canceled anytime with notice. No refunds are provided for partial months already billed.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely content (text, images, logos) needed to complete your build, and lawful use of any review-request or marketing automation provided.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the customers you upload for review requests, and for using the service in compliance with applicable messaging and marketing laws.
We aim for excellent results but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, review counts, or business outcomes. Mojave Digital is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
