Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a website build take?

Most builds are completed within 1–2 weeks of receiving your content (logo, photos, service details). Rush timelines may be available — just ask.

Do I own the website once it's built?

Yes — the site is yours. The $297/month covers hosting, security, backups and maintenance; if you ever leave, we'll help transfer your domain and files.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract on either package. The $399 build is a one-time charge, and both monthly plans can be canceled anytime.

Can I get both packages together?

Absolutely — most clients do. A new site paired with the Reputation Engine means your reviews start building the moment you launch.

What if I already have a website?

You can start with just the Google Reputation Engine — it works independently of who built your site. A small one-time setup fee may apply for integrating with an existing site.

How do the Google reviews actually get requested?

The moment a job is marked complete, your customer automatically gets a text or email asking for a review — with unhappy feedback routed privately to you instead of to Google.

How does the 2 weeks free work?

New Google Reputation Engine clients get the first two weeks free — we handle setup and start sending review requests, and you're not billed until the trial ends. No long-term contract, cancel anytime.

Does it respond to my reviews too?

Yes — every Google review gets a thoughtful, on-brand AI-generated reply automatically, so you never leave a customer's review unanswered. Responding to reviews also helps your local search ranking.

What's included in monthly maintenance?

Security monitoring, malware protection, automatic backups, software updates, uptime monitoring, and minor content edits each month.
